Taking The Road Less Traveled: Back Roads & By-Ways on a New England Road Trip
Coming home from Salisbury Beach, after weathering Hurricane Arthur during the 4th of July, we made the decision to take the back roads due to my temperature gauge acting a little weird. RV’ing During Hurricane Arthur, July 4, 2014 Whoo-Hoo!
It’s 5:55 a.m. on the morning after July 4 and Hurricane Arthur is now passing along the coast of New Hampshire. I’m laying in bed in a 31 foot Cougar Ultra Light RV in Salisbury MA. I haven’t done much RV’ing, I spent a few nights in a Double-Wide when I was in the Military, but that probably doesn’t count. The wind is howling, the rain is driving and we are … swaying … a little.
